Returns, Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship only within the United States. Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic shipping after dispatch.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination within the U.S. All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
